Fun and fast paced environment with a stable and growing company. Icon Credit Union is offering a 28 hour per week phone banker position and a 30 hour per week teller position. Icon's call center consists of three positions directing calls and answering various member questions for the Credit Union. Icon's front teller line consists of five positions assisting members with all transactional and referral needs. |

Responsibilities Include:
-Strategic management of credit union information technology department
-Project management and delegation
-Manage IT testing, upgrades and installations
-Hire, develop, backup and oversee help desk and analyst staff
-Provide cost analysis proposals for credit union IT needs
-Work with the Executive Management Team and Credit Union Board to ensure operational and cultural excellence throughout the credit union.
-Manage diverse vendor relationships for all enterprise applications. |
